Use and processing of personal data for additional purposes

I authorize RIMAC to process my personal data for risk and loss assessments as deemed necessary in case I have requested an insurance product, as well as for its management. To do so, I authorize Rímac, when required due to a contracting request and/or quotation and/or execution of an insurance policy, to request information from the Insurance Companies that are members of the Peruvian Association of Insurance Companies (APESEG), whose identity can be found at www.apeseg.org.pe. This information includes: (i) the existence of insurance policies contracted by me with the Insurance Companies; and (ii) the insured amount and main coverage conditions. I also authorize Rímac to share this information with the aforementioned Insurance Companies and/or the Association, in order to fulfill the same purpose when they require it for the contracting and/or quotation and/or execution of a life insurance policy. The results of the analysis conducted may also be shared by Rímac with the Insurance Companies and/or the Association, and vice versa. Additionally, I authorize RIMAC to transfer my Personal Data to subsidiary, affiliated, associated, or affiliated companies within the Economic Group to which it belongs.
